Information we collect
When you make a reservation, visit the campground, or contact us, we may collect your name, postal address, email address, mobile telephone number, vehicle details, and details of your stay. If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you text our business number, we use your mobile number solely to reply to you and to keep a record of that conversation for customer service. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or the contents of messages with third parties for their own marketing.

How we use your information

Only with service providers who help us run the campground — our reservation and payment systems, and our messaging and email providers — and only so far as they need it to provide that service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to run your reservation and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and to opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information.
Children
Our services are directed at adults making reservations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
