Greenhorn Campground LLC operates a two-way customer care text messaging service on (530) 412-5732. We reply to text messages from guests asking about camping rates, gatehouse hours, directions, reservations, campground policies, and boat decontamination. We do not send marketing or promotional bulk messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting us first. Our number is published on our website and on signage at the campground. We reply only to conversations you start. We do not add anyone to a list and we do not text people who have not contacted us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Message frequency depends on how many messages you send us. Typically you receive one reply per message.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to stop
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You will receive one confirmation after replying STOP and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
